Jason was recently fired, so he follows his boss and shrinks him, throwing him in his bag. Once home he taunts and humiliates his now tiny boss, standing over him, stepping on him, sitting on him and teasing him that he could just eat him.
In the end Jason reveals he has no plans to ever return his boss to his normal size, so he decided to swallow him.
